Chad cuisine is a mix of basic grans and stews and is quite different from the Sahel north and the more central Africa -like south. The today’s and markets are offering incredible grilled meats experience, that are absolutely fantastic. In Zakouma, several national dishes and stress prepared on request alongside the more westernized grilled dishes. Fresh juices are common (particularly lime and watermelon), and there are several brands of beer – including the purely Chadian Gala brand – all rather watery and simple lagers.
