Chile: Giant Cactus Forest near Colchane
As you descend from Colchane down toward the coast, you drive through various habitats – one drier then the previous – and encounter huge forests and plains of cacti of different species. Many are towering candelabra cacti, but there are plenty of other smaller species on the ground as well.
