Chile: Salar de Talar

It’s one bizarre lagoon after another in the Atacama – Salar de Talar is next. It lies at 3950 m high. Several volcanoes tower nearby and many volcanic flows actually went into the salty lake. It’s an absolute artist’s palette of blue skies, brown and red volcanoes and white and blue salt lakes.
