Chile: Torres del Paine NP – Cruising on Lago Grey
Lago Grey or Grey Lake is fed by the Gray Glacier that flows from the Southern Patagonian Icefield. The glacier is 6 km wide and taking a boat tour you can approach the snout – a massive wall of ice rising 30 m /90 ft high. Icebergs float in the lake and the bigger ones get stuck at the bottom.
