China: Southeastern China Food Recap

Here’s the recap of the southeastern Chinese regions of Hangzhou, Anhui, and Fuijian. Huangshan cuisines is heavy, lots of air-dried pork, and slowly-braised dishes. In Wuyishan – it’s all about tea infused preparation. Hangzhou is famous for elaborately designed and refined dishes, be it pork, fish, vegetables, or shellfish. Finally, Fuijian is totally different with a lot of coastal seafood coming in myriads of combinations and preparations, with staggering diversity and a lot of streetfood.
