China: Taiyuan – Loonger Hot Pot Experience

Here’s a culinary experience that we just had to try – a conveyor belt of a hot pot. Every seat is equipment with an I visual boiling hot pot where you can boil your ow mix of a spice bullion base. And then a moving belt brings a massive variety of ingredients for you – ranging from marbled pork and beef to fresh seafood like squid and clams, various greens and vegetable and lotus roots, mushrooms, eggs, noodles, more meats and fish, and even duck blood! It’s all you can eat!
