Moheli Laka Lodge is an absolute gem – it may be very remote to difficult to get to but the experience and uniqueness of the location are worth it. You are right on a stunning beach with insane views and majestic sunsets, tons of birdlife, lemurs coming to your bungalow every day, island hopping and snorkeling and diving just offshore, bats, great food, and incredible staff and owners. You really are in a true jungle lodge, complete with giant insects and amphibians. During our days here, Natali collected a vast variety of totally cool shells from the beach just in front of our room and arranged them in a table. The owners loved it so much that they offered to preserve it as a piece of wall art – it’s now hanging in the main lounge area.
