Comoros/Moheli: Moheli Marine Park – Exploring the Islands

The entire southwestern coast and offshore islands off Moheli are part of the Moheli Marine Park. The park encompasses an extensive network of reefs, lagoons, and islets, offering protection to a variety of marine life. Among the uninhabited islets are Bandrele Island and Mchaco or Bird Island. The former is known for its serene endless beaches of soft grey sand and marine life in the super rish reef, while the latter is famous for its seabird nesting. The scenery is truly stunning – you get entire islands with endless beach and panoramas of more islands with stunning crystal clear water as far as the eyes can see – and all of it is yours, not a single other tourist!
