Cuba: Havana – El Capitolio
El Capitolio is an almost exact replica of the Capitol building in DC (just a little bit taller, by design). It was the seat of the Cuban government until the revolution, and is the Academy of Sciences since. It’s been under reconstruction for years now. One of the most impressive buildings in Havana, it yields iconic pictures with old classic cars all around and pastel painted buildings opposite it at sunset.
