Czech Republic: Karvina
Karvina is a small town in far eastern part of Czechia, not far from the Polish border. Actually the town was just a small village before industrialization and mining development in late 19th century and three local small towns were combined into one entity (this entire part of Czechia is full of former mining towns). The center of town is a pretty square with the Frystat Castle on one side and a couple churches on the other.
