Estonia: Estonian Food Recap

Estonian food (just like the country’s capital city, its islands, nature, architecture) was just incredible. In fact, the best dish of this entire Eurotrip so far was here – marinated local eel on Saaremaa island served with greens and quail eggs! Presentation was very elaborate for almost every meal – be it grilled fresh fish, or goat cheese wrapped in some sort of wild leaves, or just plain black bread served with herb-loaded butter. Make sure you read what went into the “landscape on a plate” dish. And as usual – local beers and liquors.
