Fernando de Noronha: Mirante dos Golfinhos

There is a nice hike inside the National Park in the western side of the island and toward a spectacular panoramic viewpoint of Mirante dos Golfinhos. The viewpoint sits atop a cliff 55–70m (180–230 ft) high, offering stunning panoramic views of the dramatic coastline and is the best land-based spot to watch spinner dolphins (although from quite afar). While hiking through tropical forest, you get to see local endemic flora and fauna. Oh, and the drive to trail’s starting point is a rough adventure in itself.
