France: Strasbourg – Exploring the Old Town
The old town is essentially an island surrounded by canals and even smaller littler islets all interconnected with beautiful medieval bridges. Ornate colorful half-timber houses line up along the canals and further into the town along the cobblestone streets and atmospheric squares. The most picturesque area of the canals and bridges is called Petit France. And all the houses and bridges are adorned with colorful blooming flowers.
