Galapagos: Climbing Sierra Negro volcano
A 5-hour hike to the top of Sierra Negro, the second tallest volcano in Galapagos on the island of Isabela. The hike is muddy and foggy, leading through the highlands and to the rim of a massive caldera, one of the largest in the world at 6km circumference. And along the way – birds, insects, and even a rare Isabela land iguana!
