Germany: Berlin – “Falling in Love” Grand Show

The “Falling in Love” Grand Show at the Friedrichstadt-Palast in Berlin is a visually stunning production curated by Parisian designer Jean Paul Gaultier. It’s known as as Berlin’s most lavish and massive show, it features over 100 artists performing on the world’s largest theater stage. The show is a blend of acrobatics, dance, and music. Collaborating with Gautier is Swarovski and the show is adorned with 100 million Swarovski crystals, including the world’s largest Swarovski crystal – truly a record-breaking spectacle. The show’s story is a love story of two characters “You” and “Me” who live is uni-colored worlds – Blue and White (and there are also two other worlds – Green and Red). And then they discover the Garden of Love where all the colors mix and explode with brilliance. Beyond all the extravagant costumes, the show also features a waterfall and world-class trampoline acrobatics. Total visual opulence overload!
