The long hike toward the Segelsalscapet Glacier and valley ended on an absolutely stunning and spectacular beach – the glacial river going wide in many braids and flowing into the blue waters of the fjords. The sun came out and the scenery of the snow-capped mountains was just surreal with the cloud remnants obscuring the middle portions of the range, making the mountain appear suspended in midair, like some Avatar movie scene.
