Greenland: Whales at Sea

As we left Greenland behind, it took only short time before we got into the major whale highway along the Greenlandic coast – a good sighting of a blue whale close to the boat, and about half a dozen fin whales. But the real show was a group of humpback whales, some really close to the ship, doing their classic dives, showing the characteristic flukes.
