Honduras: Honduran Food Recap
Honduran cuisine is not that dissimilar from the neighboring Central American countries – sopas, carneada (aka plato typico), plantains, rice and beans, cervesas. A lot of good coffee and even a coffee liqueur called Timoshenko (?!). Along the Caribbean coast it was fresh yoyoa fish and grilled caracol (aka conch, definitely takes the top spot of the best dish).
