Indonesia: Flores – Penggajawa Blue Stone Beach

Penggajawa Blue Stone Beach was truly awesome and unusual. The pebbles here are almost exclusively turquoise and blue in color. The color is due to the unique composition of lava flows that poured into the ocean and later got washed into pebbles on the oceanic coast. Needles to say, my luggage became many pounds heavier after this beach.
