Iran: Shah Cheragh Mausoleum in Shiraz

Shah Cheragh Mausoleum houses the tombs of Ahmad and Muhammad, two prominent figures in Shia Islam. The Mausoleum is also a mosque and a big pilgrimage site. The inside of the mausoleum is beyong amazing – it is all mirrors, thousands of them on the walls and dome and everywhere. It is like nothing you have ever seen before as the light dances between all the mirror tiles. Outside the mausoleum is a large golden egg-shaped minaret.
