Jamaica: Jamaican Food Recap
Jamaican cuisine is the result of the mostly west African cuisine adapted for Carribean – it’s not that much variety wise but rather around five key dishes that come in different preparation. For breakfast – ackee and saltfish. For lunch/dinner – curried goat, stewed oxtail, or jerked chicken – all accompanied with bammies – boiled cassava. Plus fresh fish or grilled lobster on the beach.
