And the last but most certainly not least post from Japan – a good recap from the island of Honshu. Lots of regional diversity – from exquisite beef in Kobe and Himenj to special soba dishes in Kyoto to standing room only in Tokyo. Japanese food is amazing and incredible and number one in my book!
