Lampedusa: Lampedusa Nature Reserve

Lampedusa Natural Reserve (Riserva Naturale Orientata Isola di Lampedusa) overs 350 hectares along the southern coast of Lampedusa,l and protects stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity. The reserve hosts a variety of endemic and rare plant species, reflecting its African connections – there are several wildflowers and grasses here that are among Italy’s rarest plants.
