Lampedusa: Rabbit Beach

Rabbit Beach aka Spiaggia dei Conigli is a stunning beach, renowned for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine white sand, and pristine natural beauty, almost like from Caribbean or French Polynesia. Two times in the last decade, it was voted the world’s best beach by TripAdvisor (arguably not much of a an word, since IMO TripAdvisor opinions and votes are rather bogus and in accurate. That being said the beach is definitely one of Europe’s top beaches. It is a key nesting site for loggerhead sea turtles.the coastline all around is stunning and the island just offshore from Rabbit Beach is Isola dei Conigli aka Rabbit Island.
