Liberia: Libassa Beach & Ecolodge
There are not tourists in Liberia. Zero! Except perhaps for the UN troops and various aid agency workers who try to relax on weekends. They don’t pay their own money, it’s all paid by UN, hence prices are steeper than in Hamptons. That issue aside, the Libassa Ecolodge is truly incredible – the most amazing endless wide beach, multiple tiers of pools, and tree-houses to stay in right in the heart of the coastal jungle. Forget the Caribbean or Tahiti – this place is beyond insane and no one ever heard of it!
