Macao: Ruins of St Paul’s Cathedral
The ruins of St Pauls Cathedral is probably more symbolic of Macau then its casinos. The religious structure was build back in the 17th century but then burned down in 1835 leaving only the haunting open-windowed facade standing. It’s located on one of the city hills and looks spectacular at night and at sunset. It’s the most visited tourist attraction in Macau and is packed with people. It’s a UNESCO World Heritage site as part of the overall historic Macau.
