Malaysia: Malaysian Food Recap
Malaysian cuisine is very diverse and has huge influence from Chinese Cantonese and Hainanese cuisines, from were a vast majority of immigrants are from (especially in Penang and Malacca). There are also Indian and Portuguese/British influences. We tried both the Malaysia. Dishes like laksa (super spicy creamy noodle soup) and nasi goreng or nasi lemak (rice or friend noodles), but also of plenty of Chinese dim sum. Finally, amazing delicious shellfish and seafood – lobsters, prawns, eel, spiral shells, frog legs, crabs!
