Marshall Islands: Laura Beach
Majuro is an atoll, oval in shape with about half being an unbroken narrow strip of land and the rest chopped into islands. Only 3.75 sq km of total land surrounding a lagoon of 175 sq km. It’s beyond stunning, but the most incredible place is the Laura Beach – this is where the land ends in a wide shallow beach that is literally circular. Reef in all directions as well, and shallow sandy waters extend toward the distant island. And absolutely no people, $1 to enter – paradise? The water color is every aspect of blue and azure and the water is super transparent. Air temperature – 30c, water temperature – 30c. PS – there are absolutely no filters or any enhancements in these pics, this is how it looks!
