Mexico/Coahuila: Saltillo
Saltillo is the capital of the northern Coahuila state. Coahuila is not known for attraction and is certainly off the tourist pass – its kind of like Midwest in America. Even Saltillo, a fairly large city, known for car assembly plants, doesn’t offer much beyond a large Saltillo Cathedral, massive Palacio de Govierno, and several pretty squares and churches scattered around the historic old town’s grid.
