Mongolia: Exploring Khustain National Park
There is more to the Khustain National Park then the adorable wild Przewalski horses – incredible panoramic landscape as well as other wildlife. The desolation of cold high elevation steppe and with boulders everywhere, low hanging ominous clouds and sparse vegetation. Loads of eagles circling overhead – massive birds of pray. Spotted a rare asiatic red deer in the distance. And saw a family of Siberian marmots – fat and furry dog-sizes rodents surviving in the harsh mountainous climate.
