Mozambique: Vilanculos – Bazaruto Brewing Company

Vilanculos even has a microbrewery on the northern outskirts of town – Bazaruto Brewing Company – a small-batch operation producing unfiltered beers brewed using quality ingredients from Germany and South Africa. Beers are slow-fermented, unfiltered, and hand-packaged for authenticity and quality. We trod all three varieties – not heavy or high in alcohol – but rather refreshing and clean – just like tropical beers should taste like in the overpowering heat.
