Best place to stay in Nakhchivan – Saat Meydani Hotel. The giant complex is built like a caravan-sarai with a huge inner courtyard and a clock tower overlooking it all. Half a dozen good restaurants draw plenty of locals and visitors alike in the evening. The place gets all lit up and a large “Nakhchivan” sign begs for photo ops.
