Namibia: Gemsbok Antelope at Etosha NP

Gemsbok is an antelope endemic to the Kalahari desert and is species from the Oryx family. The gemsbok is proudly features on the coat of arms of Namibia. It is one of the most beautiful African antelopes – it’s large yet graceful, the face colors of black and white starkly contrasting, and the straight horns average 0.85 m (33 in) in length.
