Nauru: Driving the Ring Road
Nauru is one of the few countries in the world where you can literally drive or even walk the perimeter of the entire country. It takes roughly 20-30 of driving non stop. The Ring Road in Nauru is approximately 19 km (about 12 miles) in length. As there really isn’t much to do in Nauru, we drove the ring road all the way 4 times, stopping at all the viewpoints and attraction along the way – a lot of coastline with coral shelf exposed or under water depending on tides, beautiful beaches, a fish market, a couple towns and churches, and more striking coastline scenery.
