Netherlands: Kinderdijk Mills

Kinderdijk (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is a restored village in the South Holland that is perhaps the most iconic site in the whole country – lines of wooden windmills set over water canals. There are 19 mills in total, interconnected by passageway over the low lying land interspersed with canals.
