New Zealand: Fiordland NP – Arthur’s Sundew
Arthur’s Sundew (Drosera Arcturi) is the New Zealand’s version of the carnivorous sundew plant. It is found in high alpine bogs, typically above 1500 m / 5000 ft of elevation. Unlike their European counterparts, these have elongated rather then round leaves full of hairs with sticky droplets of digestive fluid.
