Nigeria:
Old Niger Bridge in Onitsha-Asaba
This steep truss bridge was built in 1968 to connect Anambra State with Delta State over the mighty Niger River. The bridge spans km (4,593 feet). A second larger bridge was opened in 2023 just downstream to relieve the traffic.
