North Korea: Pyongyang Dusk till Dawn

I suspect that most if not all foreign tourist stay at the same hotel – a 40 floor skyscraper located on an island in the middle of the Taedong River (probably so no one wonders off on their own). The hotel offers stunning panoramic views of Pyongyang: at dusk and night when the city plunges into darkness except for a few illuminated monuments, and in the morning when fog (or smog) drifts over the chilled city.
