Oman: Musandam – Socotra Cormorant Colony
I wasn’t expecting much wildlife in Oman so this was a total surprise – a large and loud colony of the Socotra cormorants along the shores of the Persian Gulf. A needed relief after the steel and glass and gold and all the superficial kitsch of the Dubai.
