Pakistan: Babusar Pass – Wildflowers

The sunny slopes around the Babusar Oass are literally covered with carpets of wildflowers, most likely these are some species of Saxifrage, a common alpine wildflower genus. These plants are adapted to cold, harsh conditions and are frequently driving among rocks and gravel.
