Paraguay: Paraguayan Food Recap
Paraguay is world famous for its beef and beef is exported from here all over the world. Hence, the steaks are insane here – the lomo cut I had was as thick as a dollar bill (almost 2 inches/5cm). Another truly national food is sopa paraguaya – and while it sounds like soup, it actually is a brisket of manioc flour bread. There is also delicious surubi fish – a freshwater species straight from the Paraguay River.
