Poland: Sopot – Sopot Pier
Sopot is a Baltic Sea resort town, the most famous beach attraction in Poland. Aside from its numerous spas and waterfront hotels, the town is famous for its wooden pier that is the longest in Europe, jutting out 516 meters (over 1500 ft) into the Baltic Sea. Crowds of people stroll out to the end of the pier with great views of the beaches and sea with yacht racing around.
