Brazzaville offers fantastic seafood (especially bar ceviche and grilled whole fish) and a lot of French influences in dishes. Also, great and simple food can be head at the market – like a freshly grilled spicy chicken, de-boned and packed into a delicious baguette. Some really good crispy beers as well! At Pointe Noire – great opportunities to try dishes at the beach restaurants – fresh crab-cakes, grilled bream fish, octopus, and a local Primus beer.
