Reunion: Cirque de Salazie

There are three high mountain cirques (circles) in Reunion – Salazie, Cilios, and Mafate. They’re all high mountains with circular craters and tumbling waterfalls and clouds covering the high peaks. It’s insanely spectacular scenery and unbelievable twisting roads to get there. Today’s was driving around and exploring the first of the three cirques – Salazie – with several unbelievable mountain villages perched onto cliffs and thousand feet falls falling down like bridal veils.
