Scotland: Eilean Donan Castle

Eilean Donan castle, sitting on a small tidal island in the northern Scotland at the confluence of two lochs, is perhaps the most photographed castle in Scotland. It dates back to 1214 and changed many owners of the years. Eilean Donan was famously featured in the Skyfall James Bond movie.
