Irkutsk Oblast: Ferry to Olkhon Island

And finally I get to Baikal. The jewel of the lake is the Olkhon island, the largest island on the lake and actually the third largest lake island in the world – 72 by 21 km. It takes 4 hours to get to it and then a ferry takes you over the straight known as Maloye (Little) Sea over to Olkhon itself.
