Singapore: Singapore River Quays & Marina Bay
Singapore City sits on the banks of Singapore River. Three prominent embankments offer a good glimpse of different neighborhoods and city life with different atmosphere. Robertson Quay appeals to the leisurely wanderer with quiet cafes and passageways. Next is Clarke Quay with rowdier bars and nightlife and various drinking establishments. Finally, the Boat Quay features historical sites riverfront dining. Past the quays there is Queen Elizabeth Walk with spectacular views of the skyscrapers and then more expansive panoramas of the bay with the iconic Marina Bay.
