South Africa/FS: Bloemfontein – Oliewenhuis Art Museum

The Oliewenhuis Art Museum in Bloemfontein is one of the most famous art museums in the country, dedicated to showcasing South African art. The building originally served as a residence for the Governor-General of the Union of South Africa from 1941, before becoming at art museum in 1985. The museum houses an extensive collection of South African art, including traditional and contemporary stuff, a lot of paintings, sculptures, and mixed-media articles. Some prices are quite unique and interesting. There is also a sculpture garden outside.
