Spain/La Rioja: Bodegas David Moreno
One of the bodegas we visited in Rioja was Bodegas David Moreno, a modern yet still family run operation with state of the art cellars and wine selection from the nearby vineyards – primarily Tempranillo and Garnacha for reds, and Viura for whites,. The Moreno family wine-making tradition goes back to 1912. We went on a full tour of the cellars – hundreds of barrels and a modern tasting room to sample some of the top-not h wines.
