Sri Lanka: World’s End
So I found the World’s End… The most spectacular part of the Horton Plains National Park is the 4000 feet drop sheer vertical cliff down to coastal plain. The clouds form below you and rise up toward the precipice where you stand – one moment it’s a total milky fog with zero visibility and then just a minute later a massive panoramic view opens up. It’s as if you are a lead character in one of Jules Verne’s novels exploring some lost continent.
